For the adventurous we have the National Watersports Centre at Holme Pierrepoint for activities such as windsurfing or kayaking. For those who simply like watching sports we are blessed with many famous sporting venues such as Trent Bridge cricket ground, Notts County and Nottingham Forest Football grounds.

While speedy rail links run from Nottingham to much of the UK. We're also served by two airports. East Midlands Airport brings south Nottinghamshire within easy reach of Scotland, Ireland and the rest of Europe's major cities. Robin Hood Doncaster Airport is ideal for accessing the north of the country.
